Throughout his career, he has supported the full retrofit lifecycle—evaluating legacy systems, designing and implementing control upgrades, commissioning equipment, and troubleshooting complex machine and process issues. With seven years specifically as a Fanuc Senior Controls Engineer, Thomas is recognized for his practical problem-solving, meticulous documentation, and delivering reliable control solutions that ensure equipment remains operational and maintainable for years to come.
